Bean and Tomato Soup recipe

A mug of this filling soup will easily keep them warm around the bonfire!


Serves: 8

Ingredients



2 x 800g cans of tomato soup
1 x 800g can mixed beans
200g can sweetcorn kernels
Worcestershire sauce to taste
2pkts prepared garlic bread croutons
110g cheddar cheese, grated

Method



1. In a large pan heat the soup, beans, sweetcorn and add Worcester sauce to taste. When piping hot pour into large vacuum flasks to keep hot until required.

2. Serve topped with croutons and grated cheese at the last minute.

Tip:

To turn this into a meal-in-a-mug add thinly sliced frankfurters or chorizo sausages whilst heating all the ingredients together.
