
These colourful fruit drinks are quick, healthy, and delicious, and make the perfect breakfast or pick-me-up at any time of the day.
125g blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or strawberries (or a mixture)
juice of 1 orange and 1 lime
sugar to taste
6 tbsp natural yoghurt
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth, adding more sugar or honey to taste. Serve with ice. Drink immediately.
